Built in 1948, the Zetas of Charlotte Benevolent Foundation has owned and operated the property since 2003. The home features charming elements from its era of construction – hardwood floors, built-in china cabinets, solid structural architecture, and plenty of space.

With the exception of monthly meetings held every second Saturday (September – June), the Zeta House is available for rent Monday through Sunday. Please complete the Facility Reservation form or submit a request for information via email at zetahouserental@zetasofcharlotte.org. We will promptly follow up with you.

Fees & Capacity
A deposit of $50 is required upon booking an event or meeting. The rental rate is $50 per hour and includes set-up and break-down. The Zeta House has a seating capacity of forty-five (45) and can accommodate up to sixty (60) people for cocktail/semi-seated events.
