General Policies
• The organization or individual renting the facility must submit a rental application and pay the required deposit.
• The application and deposit must be submitted one (1) month prior to the event.
• The deposit is not part of the Rental Fee. It shall be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the use of the facility.
• A member of the Zetas of Charlotte must be present during the event.
