In recognition of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Delta Zeta Chapter celebrating its 75th Anniversary, the Zetas of Charlotte will host a community health fair on Sat., Oct. 24. The event will be held at the McCrorey YMCA, 3801 Beatties Ford Road, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

 

During this four-hour event, medical professionals from the surrounding community will be on-hand to discuss an array of topics that include preventative care, dental health, and sports fitness. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit information booths, talk with medical experts and see health demonstrations. There will also be free health screenings, raffles and giveaways.

 

“The Zetas of Charlotte are proud to have been a part of the greater Charlotte community for 75 years. To continue our legacy of service, we wanted to address the need for greater health awareness in our community,” said Michelle Pierce, Community Outreach Chairperson.
